Please excuse our long delay in writing you. We have been waiting on cable and internet to be installed, which still is not 100%. We were thrilled when we opened the door and walked through our new house on Amelia Island! You exceeded our expectations hugely. Everything was set perfectly. The color scheme in every room compliments the wall colors so well. Your special touches to materials and artware are apparent everywhere. It was like moving into a perfectly staged model home. We are very grateful to you and your team for making this milestone in our life so immediately enjoyable. We have told a lot of friends and contacts here about you and Hudson's Vacation Interiors. Hopefully this will help you in the red hot Amelia market. As to the couple remaining items on your punch list, please coordinate with Coleen Davis when you are ready to ship. This is Kari Campos and I recently worked with Kimberly on furnishing a vacation home in Kissimmee, Fl. Working from out of the country was a new experience for us and we were very reluctant to try furnishing a large home from overseas but Kimberly was fantastic! She made us feel comfortable about asking questions and in addition to being helpful in finding pieces that we loved she was extremely patient!!! Her professionalism and experience made it easier for us to feel confident about choosing pieces from pictures vs actually seeing and touching them before making final selections. Upon arriving at the home and getting our furniture package delivered we saw how much we loved the pieces she helped us choose. She was also very understanding and helpful in making a few small changes regarding pieces that weren't quite what we expected. The staff responsible for delivery and set up were great also! Ty and his team were pleasant, professional and very helpful with making final decisions about placements and , along with you and Hazel, they were essential in taking care of all the details (large and small) to make sure we were happy with everything!!! We live in the UK and when we purchased a holiday home in Florida we weren’t really sure where to start with regard to furnishing our new house. We were introduced to Pat Strong and Kimberly Mexicotte from Hudson’s Vacation Interiors who explained that they were able to provide a fully comprehensive service to include not only a complete furniture package but also, if we wished, they could deal with painting, carpets, drapes, etc. We were a little unsure at first as we were not used to this type of service in the UK, but Kimberly asked us to trust her and we are so glad we did! Just a note to let you know that the furniture arrived and we have just completed setting it up. My husband and I are so impressed with the furniture package and cannot believe the value for money that we got from your company. Everything is beautiful and to think that we did this all on line from thousands of miles away in the Caribbean. Many of our friends have already seen the place and are already asking where we sourced our furniture. I would not be surprised if you start getting lots of clients from the Caribbean. As a professional who has very little time, I found the option of furniture packages to be great. It was a hassle free experience and the end result far surpassed my expectations. To think that I have an entire villa in the Caribbean fully outfitted with EVERYTHING that it requires, including wall pictures, ironing board, kitchen utensils and a fire extinguisher is just amazing!! I want to thank you for your kind assistance and patience. I know that I was very 'hands on' with this project and you allowed me to fully participate in the selection of all items. You were extremely professional and I truly appreciated your expertise. In fact, I found the whole experience with Hudsons Villa Furniture a very pleasant one and I would like to thank the entire staff. The shipment arrived fully in tact, with everything well packaged and secure. Unfortunately, the bed frames did not arrive and a few smaller items were also missing. Please note as well, that I did not get the correct bed spread for the King size bed...the company sent a full size instead of a King size.However, these were minor mistakes that really did not affect our overall satisfaction with a job well done by Hudsons. Pat, I will be highly recommending this company to everyone that I know here in Grenada and across the Caribbean. I also plan to let our Real Estate companies here know about your business so that they can refer their clients to you. I do so with every confidence that your company will deliver excellent results.
